This page is dedicated to showcasing our Student SEL Ambassadors. Some of our student Ambassadors along with members of the SEL Development Team have had the opportunity to represent ZPSD and our A:Shiwi community at various conferences in the U.S., such as the NIEA conference in Atlanta, Oklahoma City and Albuquerque. We have also attended the Green Schools National Network (GSNN) conference in Santa Fe. Our 2022-2023 student Ambassadors also developed and taught an SEL lesson to different grade-level classes at Shiwi Ts'ana Elementary. Ambassadors and other students also got to participate in a cultural activity where the females made bread and the males went to haul wood.
